NICE Inform Recorder R8

NICE Inform Recorder R8 is the latest recording platform from NICE Public Safety Line of Business, first released in August 2017.
The “Recorder” forms part of NICE Inform which is a suite of modular applications for incident information management that can run over traditional and IP-based networks. It records multimedia interactions between the public, emergency centers and first responders. All captured incident information is then synchronized and put it into context to help you improve investigations, policy compliance and employee performance.
"NICE Inform Recorder R8" is derived from NICE Recording (NRX) R6.6.2, also known as NICE Trading Recording (NTR) in the NICE Communication Compliance/Trading Floors Line of Business. Integrations developed by NICE for Unify are generally compatible with both these recording platforms.
