XPhone Connect 8

XPhone Connect 8 is the latest release in the XPhone series. Central innovations are the XPhone Connect Softphone, TeamDesk, Federation and Web-Meeting as well as the integration in Notes & Outlook and the scalability to 5,000 users.

XPhone Connect 8, the latest XPhone release, is an innovative Unified Communications solution that provides the complete scope of state-of-the-art communication technology, such as CTI, softphone, federation, conferencing, presence management, multi-user chat, fax, voicemail and screen sharing.

Thanks to native mobile apps for iOS, Android & Windows and the AnyDevice feature, mobile workers communicate as convenient as if they were at the office.

Whether Outlook, ERP or CRM system: with XPhone Connect Directory various applications, databases and cloud services can be integrated into communication processes. As a result, dispersed contact information become readily accessible via a flexible free-text search in the XPhone client and mobile app. At the same time any incoming caller is reliably identified before the call is answered.

Flexibility being at the core of XPhone Connect, it can be deployed where other solutions capitulate. By connecting different locations with different PBXs, XPhone Connect harmonizes heterogeneous telecommunication landscapes to create a uniform communications solution.

The telephony and switchboard functions are available across locations and without linking the telephone systems in a network.
