Two in One! - Greeting messages and music on hold.

The musiphone® Duo welcomes the caller with an individual greeting (AbA), thus bridging the gap until a member of staff is available to take the call. Outside of business hours you can select an alternative message informing callers when they can reach you (for example), or you can connect them straight to an external number (Day/Night-function).

In addition musiphone® Duo makes waiting in the on-hold
loop a more pleasurable experience for callers by playing custom music (MoH), thus creating a professional sound for your company.

The musiphone® Duo is the ideal solution for all small or
medium sized PBXs. Simply connect it to one analogue port for
greeting message function and one analogue port or the
analogue moh-input provided by the PBX for the music.

The greeting messages are self-recordable or available as professional recordings from the BEYERTONE sound studio. For the creation and storage of music on hold from mp3 and WAV files a PC-software application is available. The music is played back on the device from the USB stick supplied.

Also several royalty-free tracks are included as well as a standard greeting messages (day/night).
