MEMOPHONE - the audiotext-system for automated attendant, info-hotline and optional music on hold function with up to 4/8 channels and 10/72 h memory capacity for announcements and messages.

Audiotext-system with centralised call answer function with message recording. Call answering by operator or by automated attendant with DTMF-controled call transfer. Additional announcements, e.g. break- or night-announcements by a pre-defined schedule. Up to 20/98 announcements which can be chained to a voice-tree build the info-hotline. All functions programmable for all channels independently. Configuration by Windows software or remote-configuration. The included music on hold facility can be used with mp3 files.
