CallRecorder CR-100 USB / CR-200

The Callrecorder CR-100 USB / CR-200 are single-desk call-recording units. They provide the opportunity to record and file any telephone calls, room conversations or speech notes.

The small devicee are being connected between desktop telephone and handset or directly to the analogue line of the telephone. The Windows software is installed on the local desktop or laptop. Only requirement is a free USB port.

With CR-100 USB the recording is done directly via USB-connection on the PC, with CR-200 the recording is written to the included USB flashdrive, from which the recordings can be transferred to the PC afterwards.

The storage of the recordings can be done in a wav-format or in a coded format with password-protection. Those files are protected if they are sent via eMail. Additionally, the files can be tagged with a comment concerning names of the company and person or any other notes.

The most convenient and lucid storage functionality of the software offers many ways to look up and open files: Date, time, name or company. The recording can be played either with the integrated speaker of the CR-100 USB or with the desktop PC.
