The modular design means the EasyLink software suite can be used in any organisation. There is a choice of one or more of the following functions:
· Integration of the organisation\'s existing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software or database application with the telephone environment.
· Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) for customer identification, dialling from a PC and workspace automation.
· Real-time and historical information on telephone traffic of departments and the entire organisation.
· Management of contact centres by heads of departments and supervisors: monitor, run and provide an insight into Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) environments.
