fileAcall call recorders satisfy all the requirements of the standard single and multiple user call centers. For large customers fileAcall is an attractive solution for multiple branches at minimum invest, providing a centralized archive. The design of call recording structures as well as the installation is easy. fileAcall call recorders are connected into existing telephone (trunk) lines. The systems are working with any HiPath and Hicom PBX.
For multiple users
