Pridis Operator Console is a Unified Attendant Solution that can be used with Unify communication systems (or any communication system or combination of communication systems). It offers a large number of voice connectivity options ranging from CSTA to SIP Trunking and a large number of interface to collect presence information.
The calls that need to be handled by the attendants are rerouted to Operator Console. It does not matter where the call originated. All incoming calls get the same treatment and can be handled in a consistent way with the same tools. This ensures an efficient handling of the incoming calls by the attendants.
The solution has all the tools that an effective attendant requires to get the job done. Included are: presence information, calendar integration and a powerful telephonebook to find the right person to answer a call from a customer. Reports help the supervisor to plan the optimum number of resources. The telephonebook can ‘read’ information from sources like Microsoft’s AD.
