ASC´s EVOip Software offers an entirely integrated VoIP recording solution for Unify products.

The innovative architecture provides maximum flexibility,scalability, ease of integration and installation, and the EVOip software may be used on a customer-provided “off-the-shelf” server, running on either a Windows or Linux operating system. It contains recording interfaces for VoIP calls, a well-engineered database, archiving software, and unique search and replay applications. It may also be used in conjunction with ASC’s quality monitoring solution, INSPIRATIONpro.

The product is entirely software-based and has been designed to satisfy the most demanding recording requirements.

EVOip, a passive VoIP recording solution, monitors audio packets on the LAN, primarily through a mirror port at the LAN switch. It may be used in nearly every customer environment and supports all Unify HiPath PBXs, including HiPath 3000/ 4000 and OpenScape Voice with the corresponding IP phones.

EVOip+ for Unify, a passive VoIP recording solution, supports the proprietary Unify protocol. EVOip+ for Unify is recommended for Unify Open Scape Voice and HiPath 3000/4000
EVOip active offers an entirely integrated VoIP recording solution for HiPath 8000. The recording software may be installed anywhere in the IP network independent of the LAN structure. EVOip active acts like an extra IP soft phone, similar to a silent third-party in a conference call.
