Phantom Active is designed to automate the following activities:
- supports selective registration of calls on the following Unify product: OpenScape 4000 PBX, Open Scape Voice PBX, OpenScape Xpert dispatch system, IP SIP subscribers, analog and digital subscribers and communication channels;
- providing remote access to the service services of the recording system;
- creation, storage and maintenance of archives of audio recordings;
- providing authorized access to all recorded audio and service information;
- search and playback, including real-time listening, of recorded audio information.
